Making Little Robots Go

We had two missions today. The first involved learning about group dynamics, and what ground rules are important in groups.
Within small groups we defined some of the key words like Respect, Trust, Involvement, Responsibility etc.
We presented our ideas, and responded positively to questions. Public speaking is getting easier with practice!
In the other room, the other half of our group was working hard at learning to program arduinos to control little BOE Bots.
For some of us, this was review from class work….for others it was a very new experience!
It took a lot of work, but we made the robots move in a pattern.
Robots are pretty exciting! Look at these smiling faces!

Our next team event is our shoreline cleanup on Saturday at 10AM at the Marine Museum. It’s also 28/09 day….a special day for our team, and a happy birthday for these three!

Happy birthday to the others who will be celebrating this week!
