K-Botics has now merged with the Cyberfalcons (team 3710) to form a new, board-wide robotics team called Lake Effect Robotics (FRC team #2708).

Our mission is to build a FIRST Robotics Competition robot through a partnership between high-school, post-secondary education, industry and community volunteers.  We inspire students to pursue careers in and to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.teamwork

FIRST logoFIRST is an international organization that was founded in hopes of inspiring young people to pursue a field in engineering. The ultimate goal is “to transform culture, making science, math, engineering and technology as cool for kids as sports are today.”

Championships 2012 St. LouisK-Botics was founded in the fall of 2008, and in our history we’ve made it to the World Championships four times!  Each year we have increased and diversified our membership, and had an impact on the local community.Close Knit Team

Of course, none of this could be possible without our generous sponsors, our dedicated mentors and our families and friends. Thanks to everyone who has helped prepare us for the future!
