The game, which changes every year, is not only played by hundreds of robotics teams from around the world, it is also the training ground for the engineers of the future.

FIRST logoFIRST is an international organization that was founded in hopes of inspiring young people to pursue a field in engineering. The ultimate goal is “to transform culture, making science, math, engineering and technology as cool for kids as sports are today.”

cool hatsOur team was founded in the fall of 2008, and in our three seasons we’ve made it to the Championships in Atlanta and also in St. Louis.  Each year we have increased our membership, had an impact on the local FLL/FRC teams and are now knit into the fabric of our community.

Of course, none of this could be possible without our generous sponsors, our dedicated mentors and our teachers at KCVI. Thanks to everyone who has helped prepare us for the future!
